Total prize valued at $750.00. All you need to do is fill out the form below and submit a clear, well lit photo that shows you in your Flirt by Maggie Sottero™ gown by June 15, 2008. Your photo must be at least 425 pixels wide and 575 pixels tall.

Congrats to Sara Gaukel of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, winner of our 2007 Flirt Girl contest! She looked fabulous and flirty flaunting P1101 in Shimmer Moss, truly capturing the essence of Flirt by Maggie Sottero. “I loved my dress and felt fabulous in it,” exclaimed Sara, “ I got so many compliments on how beautiful it was that night and I still do. Definitely one of the most comfortable dresses I have ever worn, the fit was perfect…”

Contest is open to Users age 13 and over.  All awards will be granted at the sole and complete discretion of Maggie Sottero Designs LLC and its members, officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries and related entities (“Maggie Sottero”).  Any entries deemed inappropriate by Maggie Sottero will be rejected and will disqualify the User submitting them from any further participation.

By clicking on “SEND” below, User irrevocably grants Maggie Sottero full rights to publish, copy, display and distribute all materials submitted by User (“Contributions”),  in any form and for any purpose including, but not limited to, public display on the Internet. User further irrevocably grants Maggie Sottero the right to edit or otherwise make derivative works from any and all Contributions.  User further irrevocably grants Maggie Sottero all rights to use any images of persons or property, as well as any names incorporated in any Contributions, whether arising in copyright or otherwise, and agrees to indemnify and hold Maggie Sottero harmless from any claims arising from Maggie Sottero's use of the Contributions.  User represents that User is entitled to convey the rights granted in this agreement.

User agrees that Maggie Sottero is not obligated to use any of the Contributions and agrees that the rights and promises granted in this release are in consideration of Maggie Sottero’s review of, acceptance, and any use Maggie Sottero may, in its sole discretion, choose to make of the Contributions.

User agrees that any disputes arising out of User’s submission of Contributions through this website shall be venued in a court of appropriate jurisdiction in Salt Lake County, Utah and governed by the laws of the State of Utah without reference to any conflict of laws provision.

User acknowledges that, if selected as a finalist, such selection is conditioned upon User providing a signed and notarized form of release substantially identical to that set forth above, proof of age and, if requested, parental and/or guardian consent to all of the terms set forth above. Failure to provide all such signatures and proof will disqualify User from further participation and any awards.
